A field near Keighley can be used for camping in the spring and summer after site plans have been approved.
The proposals, submitted to Bradford Council earlier this year, would see land at Tarn View Farm, Tarn Lane, used as a camping and caravan site for up to 34 pitches between March and September.
Submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Hardy, the application would benefit from the boom in stays caused by the Covid pandemic.

The request has been approved and the site can now accommodate tents, caravans, motorhomes and glamping pods.
Six people had written to Bradford City Council opposing the plans, saying it was not an appropriate use of green belt land and would increase traffic.

But 13 people had written letters of support, saying the use would increase business and tourism spending in the region.
Officers said, âIt is believed that using the land as a campsite would preserve the openness of the green belt due to the transient nature of the use and the lack of permanent structures needed to establish and maintain use.
âUse would bring economic benefits to the region and to the tourist economy, such as tourist attractions, pubs, restaurants, etc. “
