A MAN is on the run after another smashed glass in his face at the weekend. Oxley Police are asking the man – who they say knows he is wanted by police – to surrender after a 35-year-old man was stabbed with a broken beer bottle in Gunnedah. The drink came after an argument took place at a campsite near Chandos Street on Saturday night. “The victim suffered deep lacerations to the head behind the ear,” Oxley Detective Inspector Jason Darcy told Chief.
